Components
  • 1 mature nanica banana
  • One egg
  • 3 tablespoons of milk caramel
  • 1/3 cup of wheat flour (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder
Mode of preparation
  1. Put the butter in a medium, microwave-safe bowl and heat it for 30 seconds until melted. Peel the banana, put it on a plate, and mash it thoroughly with a fork.
  1. In a bowl containing melted butter, pour in the milk and egg, then blend thoroughly using a fork or whisk. Incorporate the sugar, mashed banana, flour, and yeast, and mix until well combined.
  2. Divide 3 cups that hold at least 200 ml and are microwave-safe. Place 1 tablespoon of milk caramel at the bottom of each cup, then top with cake batter.
  3. Set the microwave to high power and heat for 3 minutes. If desired, place the cups on a plate before microwaving to make them easier to remove. Caution: the cups will be hot! If serving to children, allow them to cool slightly first.

You can bake the cake in separate glass marmites (without their lids) instead of using cups. Allow it to cool fully before covering and bringing it to work.
