Components
- 1/4 cup of grilled and ground banana
- 1/4 cup of granulated tapioca pearls
- 1/4 cup of heated water
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- A quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Serve with sweetened milk to taste.
Setup mode
- Using a knife, finely chop the leftover grilled banana until it becomes a rustic puree — since the grilled banana is firmer, mashing it with a fork is more difficult.
- Place in a bowl and add tapioca, sugar, cinnamon, and water. Stir thoroughly with a fork and allow it to sit for 20 minutes — during this period, the tapioca will absorb the liquid and reach the perfect texture for shaping into dumplings.
- To shape the dumplings: take a small amount of dough (approximately 2 teaspoons), roll it between your hands, and press to create a ball. Continue this procedure with the rest of the dough.
- Set the Electrolux air fryer by Rita Lobo to 200°C and preheat it, then select the bake function for 15 minutes.
- Using a paper towel or brush, coat the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the dumplings side by side in the basket and bake them without flipping. Serve alongside milk candy.
