Components
- Texto: 1 mínima
- One tablespoon of unsweetened peanut butter with peanut chunks.
- One egg
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1/4 cup of wheat flour (tea)
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
- A quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- A small amount of salt, about a pinch.
Setup mode
- Rinse, dry, and slice the apple in two. Remove the seeds and grate the apple using the coarse side, holding it by the skin to keep your hands safe.
- In a medium bowl, crack the egg. Pour in the oil, peanut butter, and milk, then stir thoroughly with a fork or whisk. Incorporate the apple, sugar, flour, yeast, cinnamon, and salt. Mix once more until the batter is smooth.
- Separate the dough into two 250 ml microwave-safe cups. The recipe uses standard measurements and produces one tea cup of dough per serving. If using smaller cups or different containers, fill them to no more than half their capacity.
- Set the microwave to its highest power and rotate for 3 minutes. To see if they are roasted, insert a stick: if it comes out clean, they are done; if not, microwave for an additional minute. Warning: the cups will be very hot when removed from the microwave, so allow them to cool slightly before serving.
If you like, place the cups in a shallow dish before microwaving to make them easier to handle afterward.
