Setup phase
  1. If the pork chop is intact, slice it into strips by positioning the knife directly between each skewer, ensuring each piece has meat on both sides.
  1. Place the rib in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to your preference. Drizzle with olive oil and use your hands to thoroughly coat all the pieces.
  2. Set the Electrolux Air Fryer by Rita Lobo, with a capacity of 3.2 liters, to preheat at 200°C and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Open the basket and put in the whole rib—the slats will overlap evenly, which is fine. Close the drawer and bake for 30 minutes. Note: every 10 minutes, open the basket and use tongs to turn the ribs, placing the more browned side down and the less cooked side up, ensuring they brown evenly.
  4. After 30 minutes, check the ribs; if needed, bake for an additional 5 minutes (this can vary depending on the cut of ribs, as some have more fat and meat than others). When the ribs are golden, the surface is dry, and the meat remains juicy, they are ready to be served.

You can season the rib ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking, which will make it even more flavorful.
